Mandarin Design Daily: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

This blog site has a great accumulation of really helpful and useful FAQs about web page building and design. Most of the questions are answered with code included so all you have to do is copy and paste.

I like how the answers to questions are in simple language and well communicated with examples and code. A good bunch of links are on the right nav of the blog's homepage.

However, I don't think the site itself is really usable- the FAQ page is very long (long with good stuff) but there isn't consistent navigation for the whole page. The left nav isn't in the same scrolling order as the FAQs on the page.

All that aside, it's a site I'm sure I'll use. I had wondered how to do some simple things like:

FAQ

The index in the FAQs was a pain so I just removed it. Like you say, it wasn't in any particular order. It's a long page of tips not easily classified.

I did notice that in the window (if one entered that way) the toolbar wasn't visible for easy searching. That was changed too.
