Nose Thong
One day after and I can already breathe better through my left nostril. Kinda weird, but I'm feeling the wind rush by my nostril for the first time. It's chilly.

Had to laugh when I saw this...Mike was sporting the same nose gear about two months ago. He seems to be breathing better, though. Hang in there.
